Survivor Resources
Every survivor’s journey is different, and healing does not occur on one consistent timetable. Some of you may feel ready to end a long silence regarding the abuse you suffered; some of you may not feel ready. We respect each of you alike in your own decision-making process.
Whatever your decision may be, we believe that there are certain resources that may be valuable to each of you in your own individual journeys of learning and healing. Some of these resources are specifically oriented to therapy and counseling; others relate to the broader history of the Catholic clergy abuse crisis in America; others relate specifically to the Diocese of Las Cruces and its own accused priests.
In addition to the resources below, please know that you may call us at any time to ask questions and seek additional support or resources on these topics, even if you do not wish to discuss your own personal circumstances. This message is extended not only to abuse survivors, but to their friends and families as well.
