Bishop O’Brien was accused of repeated sexual abuse of a boy from 1977-1982. Diocese was notified in September 2016.
Father Shanley
Father Paul R. Shanley was added to the Boston diocese’s list in August 2011. Added to the San Bernardino diocese’s list on October 9, 2018. Father Shanley was first accused of abuse in 1961. Was ordered to register as a level 3 sex offender.
David Marcotte
Father David Marcotte was accused of sexually abusing a teenager in 2016. The archdiocese was sued on July of 2020 over the allegations against Marcotte for failure to disclose them.
Ronald Paquin
Father Ronald Paquin was included on the archdiocese’s list in August of 2011. The church paid out over $500K to settle six claims against Ronald Paquin.
Brad Tebbutt
Brad Tebbutt was a youth pastor at a first Baptist church in the 1980’s when he allegedly abused a woman in California. Tebbutt at some point confessed to the abuse.
John P Hess
Father John P Hess was added to the archdiocese’s list on July 26, 2019 and was sentenced to 3 months in a halfway house for possession of obscene materials.
Luigi Esposito
Father Luigi Esposito was named a pastor in 1987. He was included on archdiocese’s list on December 14, 2018.
